This is unusual and very nice.


  • 2 ounces bleu cheese
  • 1 tablesppon butter
  • 1 small onion
  • Dash hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • Ground pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • Dash ground cloves
  • Dash garlic powder


Combine all ingredients and blend well. Cover meat with mixture. Marinate meat for 8 to 48 hours, turning occasionally. Broil meat on both sides, then roast until done.
