Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. shortening, margarine or butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves, washed, patted dry
  • 1/4 to 1/3-cup pecan halves

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly grease an 8-or9-inch casserole with shortening, margarine or butter.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey and mustard. Dip chicken into the honey sauce and place into prepared casserole. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with pecans and bake, covered, for 30 minutes or until done.
