Ingredients

  • 1 Crown Roast (1 rib per person)*
  • Garlic Salt & Pepper
  • 4 Tbl Soy Sauce
  • *Be sure that the butcher cuts the 'Chine' so that the roast is easy to carve.

Directions

Preheat oven to 370.

Garlic Salt, Pepper and rub soy all over roast. Place in a roasting pan and cover the tips with foils so that they don't burn. Roast the Crown for about 90 minues.

Remove the roast and keep warm. Let sit at least 15 minutes before carving. Carve at the table. You can get little paper booties for the ribs. Carve the roast by placing your knife to right of a rib, make a slice, then move your knife to the next rib, staying on the Right hand side of the bone and slice and continue. This will give everyone a 1-1.5" thick piece of meat with a bone.

The center can be stuffed with any kind of stuffing or decoration, after cooking.
