I got this recipe from a friend many years ago. She used to serve it as a side dish with meat or poultry.


  • 1 (14 ounce) package wide noodles cooked and drained. (Keep hot)
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt, to taste


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Combine all ingredients; mix gently. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour. Let stand about 15 minutes before cutting into 12 portions.
