Ingredients

  • chicken livers
  • bacon
  • toothpicks

Directions

I cut the chicken liver in half, cut the bacon slice in fourths, and wrap the bacon around the liver. I've also put a slice of waterchestnut in before I wrapped the bacon. Insert toothpick. Put on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until bacon is done. Leave toothpick in for "handle".
I've never kept them warm.....they are very good at room temp. too.
Sorry I don't have exacts, but this is the way I've done them.
I love these little appetizers.
