this is great


  • prime rib, bone in,,,,any size you need
  • usualy 1 rib per adult
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 1 bag of carrots
  • 4 onions
  • 1 bottle of kitchen bouquet...found in any super market near the gravey master


In a larger roasting pan. place the rib fat side up, wash and clean celery and carots,,,also put the celery leaves in.
peel and half the veggies all around the rib..pour the bottle of kitchen bouquet over the rib...put a little water in the bottle and rinse the remainder out , pour it into the pan not on the meat...put the cover on and put into a 350 over til meat reads to your likeing....after rib is done let the grease come to the top of the roasting pan, and skim off. put the remainder of the juice in a small pan and heat up,,,,put this over the meat when you serve it...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I cant spell but this receipe is great,,,I do it every new years,,,any questions email me
