Ingredients

  • 2 pounds salmond steaks or fillets
  • Salt and pepper
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or olive oil

Directions

Prehet oven to 400 degrees. Salt and pepper salmon on both sides. Combine lemon juice and butter or oil and pour over salmon. Bake until salmon flakes easily, about 25 to 30 minutes.
