Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground venison
  • 1 lb ground antelope
  • 1 lrg. can tomato juice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • chili powder
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • sage
  • seasoned salt
  • bell pepper, chopped
  • serrano pepper, chopped

Directions

Brown meat. Add other ingredients and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
