• Fresh green beans
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • a little butter
  • Salt to taste
  • White truffle shavings


Blanche green beans in hot water, drain and add to saute
pan which has oil and butter. Saute beans ,coating them with the oil and butter , lightly salt and toss beans while sauteeing. Plate the beans and shave truffles over beans just before presenting dish. Truffles have a wonderful aroma
and you really must share in this with your guests. Buon Appetito!
