Ingredients
- Fresh green beans
- extra virgin olive oil
- a little butter
- Salt to taste
- White truffle shavings
Directions
Blanche green beans in hot water, drain and add to saute
 pan which has oil and butter. Saute beans ,coating them with the oil and butter , lightly salt and toss beans while sauteeing. Plate the beans and shave truffles over beans just before presenting dish. Truffles have a wonderful aroma
