This has been a family favorite for years. Hope you enjoy.


  • 8 oz. macaroni
  • sm.can black olives
  • sm.jar pimentos
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 sm. onion
  • 2 hardboiled eggs
  • mayonaise


Cook macaroni according to directions. Rinse & drain.
Add olives (chopped) pimentos, eggs (chopped) green pepper (diced) & onion (diced). Add enough mayonaise to coat. Sprinkle paprika on top & refriderate. Its better if made the day before serving so the flavors have time to blend.
