Ingredients
- 1 cup soy
- 1 1/2 cups rice or wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh lemon grass
- 1 small hot chilli chopped (remove seeds)
- 1 large shallot, chopped
Directions
Rub 2 lbs ribs with black pepper. Add the rest of the ingredients. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator
