Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 tsp. green pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. instant minced garlic
  • 3/4 tsp. Italian Seasoning (or a combination of oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme, sage & marjoram)

Directions

Blend well. Place in a 6: square of aluminum foil and fold to make airtight. Label and store in cool dry lace. Use within 6 months. Enough for 1 lb. meat.
