Ingredients

  • Zucchini
  • Eggplant
  • different colors peppers
  • garlic olive oil

Directions

This is a very easy recipe. First peel the zucchini and eggplant. Then slice all the vegetables in, not too small, parts and cook them for about ten minutes. Put some olive oil in a frying pan. First fry the garlic (also sliced in not too small parts) en the put the vegetables in the pan for about 15 to 20 minutes. You can also use some fresh sage or oregano in.
