Ingredients
- 1 Onion(finely Diced)
- 2 Cloves Garlic(minced)
- 1 can whole tomato
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 600 grams lean mince
- 1 teaspoon of each:
- Oregano
- Basil
- Marjoram
- Rosemary
- Red Bell Pepper
- Parsley
- Thmye
- Garlic flakes
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- A little oil
- 1 packet thick spagetti of fetticuni
Directions
Saute onions and garlic(in a little oil) in pot until golden brown. Add mince and brown. When mince is browned, Add remaining ingredients(except spaghetti) and simmer for 40 min-1 hour.
When have simmer for 1/2 hour boil water in pot and cook spaghetti. Serve with parmesan cheese, garlic bread (soak garlic granules in small glass with enough water to cover, when granules expand mix with some margarine and spread on sliced french bread, bake in oven for 20 mins at medium temp) and of course some salad.(just a tossed salad) and you have meal which is a favorite of many people around the world.
