Ingredients
- fryer chicken
- celery
- parsnips
- carrots
- leeks
Directions
take large stock pot and boil chicken till cooked. Remove chicken and add cleaned and chopped vegs till the pot is thick with vegs. Remove meat from chicken and add to soup, flavor with salt. Cook again till vegs are soft. Good eating.
