• turkey breast
  • onion powder 1 tblsp
  • garlic powder 1tblsp
  • maple syrup 1/4 c
  • powdered ginger 1/2 tsp
  • veg oil or margerine 1/4 c
  • salt (kosher) to taste
  • ground pepper to taste
  • cyanne pepper powder(optional)


mix all ingederants and marinate by brushing onfor 1 hr,place in smoker(I use blackjack oak wood)with wood of choice.for an avg 6lb breast I slow smoke it for aprox 3 hrs,allthe while basting every 1/2 hr with leftover marinaide
