You're gonna need the toilet paper nice and cold for the morning after folks.
Ingredients
- 5 lb. bag of wings
- 1 Bottle Franks Hot Sauce
- Butter
- Celery and Carrots cut up in slices
- Blue Cheese (Maries)
- 1 large clean plastic mayo jar
- Salt
- 1 TV with hockey game in progress
- 1 roll of toilet paper
Directions
*Plug in the deep fryer and let sit until wet fork will sizzle when inserted into the oil.
*Dry off thawed wings with a towel
*Place all 15 wings in oil and let cook until they begin to float to the surface...then let them cook for at least 2 minutes longer.
*In a large empty used plastic mayo jar...place one tblsp of butter and shake Franks Hot Sauce until entire bottom of jar is coated. Shake about 1 tsp of salt over the sauce.
*Remove wings from fryer and place inside plastic jar, cover and shake vigirously...empty into a large bowl.
*Use Bleu Cheese for dipping the wings as you eat...same with celery and carrots.
*Turn on hockey game after you put the roll of toilet paper in the freezer for tomorrow morning's use. (they're hot wings gang)
