Ingredients

  • 6 ounces fettucine (with no eggs)
  • 1/4 cup tub-style reduced fat margarine
  • 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1/3 cup 1% or skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon Herb and Garlic seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Cook the fettucine according to package directions. Drain, rinse with hot water and drain again. In large saucepan, over low heat, melt the margarine. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Don't boil or the mixture may separate. Add the fettucine and toss to coat.
