Ingredients

  • 4 to 8 halves boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 T. dried Tarragon

Directions

Whisk oil, lemon juice and tarragon tog.
Clean and wash chicken breasts and place in bowl.
Pour marinade over and let sit for anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours.
Cook over coals or in broiler, 10 - 12 min. per side until cooked through. Do not overcook.
