Ingredients
- 3 - 3 1/2 pounds chicken parts (breasts, legs, thighs)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 6 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard or Dijon mustard
Directions
Combine all marinade ingredients in a glass bowl. Add chicken parts and marinate at least 4 hours or overnight.
About 45 minutes before cooking, start coals. Place chicken, skin side up, on grill about 4 to 6 inches above coals. Cook, turning and basting frequently with marinade until done, about 45 minutes. (Check meat next to bone to make sure it is no longer pink.) Discard any remaining marinade.
4 - 6 servings.
