Not exactly what you requested, but interesting.

Ingredients

  • 2 limes
  • 2 tbs rice wine vinegar or white vinegar
  • 2 tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried red pepper flakes (opt)
  • 1 1/2 - 2 lbs pork tenderloin

Directions

Cut limes in half and squeeze juice in a 2-cup glass measure. Add vinegar, vegetable oil, soy sauce and honey. Peel and mince garlic and add it to the measure. Add red pepper flakes, if disired. Whisk mixture well to blend in the honey.

Before work whip up the marinade and pop both tenderloins and marinade in a large, heavy duty, self sealing bag.

When you get home from work, turn on the gas grill and pull the meat from the bag. Throw away leftover marinade.

Heat a gas grill on high. Cook 6 minutes and rotate meat a 1/c turn. Cook 6 minutes more and rotate the meat 1/3 so that all sides brown. Cook 8-10 min more until the internal temp reaches 160 degrees.
