Ingredients

  • 5 cups of multi-colored Fusilli
  • 1 cup frozen vegetable meddly
  • 6 green onions
  • 4 cans tuna
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise*
  • 1/2 cup dressing for spinach salad (recipe follows)
  • SPINACH SALAD DRESSING
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 1 TBS Dijon mustard
  • 5 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 5 TBS lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

Cook Fusilli according to package direction, but omit salt in water. Three minutes before ready, add frozen vegetables to pasta. Cool under cold water immediately. Mix mayonaise and spinach salad dressing, add other ingredients to pasta, toss and serve. *Quantities of mayo per salad dressing are approximate. Mix to desired consistency.
