Ingredients
- 5-10 Whole fresh or frozen (thawed) strawberries
- Half small container plain or flavored
- yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
Directions
cut up strawberries and add with remaining ingredients in a
blender - mix and enjoy! Any fruit works - or add a scoop of protein powder for a nutritional boost.
