Ingredients

  • Boil 1 cup pure water, pour into a jar, add 1 tsp. of desired herb, put the lid on the jar, and simmer 3-5 minutes.

Infusion:
(Most common way of preparing herbs)
The usual amount is a teaspoon of leaves, blossoms, or flowers to a cup of water. The water is poured over the herb, then steeped for 3-5 minutes. Strain before using. Honey may be added to taste
