Ingredients
- Beef roast
- Carrots
- Potatoes
- 1 or 2 onions
- 1/2 c. water, beef broth, or red wine
- bay leaf
- Whatever spices you like!
Directions
The easiest way is to throw all the ingredients into a crock pot and cook for 6 - 8 hours (depending on the size of the roast). Another easy way is to cook it in one of those Reynolds cooking bags. Just follow the directions!
