Ingredients

  • Beef roast
  • Carrots
  • Potatoes
  • 1 or 2 onions
  • 1/2 c. water, beef broth, or red wine
  • bay leaf
  • Whatever spices you like!

Directions

The easiest way is to throw all the ingredients into a crock pot and cook for 6 - 8 hours (depending on the size of the roast). Another easy way is to cook it in one of those Reynolds cooking bags. Just follow the directions!
