Ingredients

  • Layer this impressive appetizer right in the cover of the Cheese Server. Then unmold it just before the party beings.
  • 1 3/4 c. snipped parsley
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia brand cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c. Parkay margarine, softened
  • 3 tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans deviled ham
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
  • 1 tsp. Kraft prepared mustard
  • Cucumber slices (optional)
  • Watercress (optional)
  • Assorted crackers

Directions

Invert cover of Cheese Server and lightly oil bottom and sides. In cereal bowl, stir together chopped nuts and 3 tablespoons of the parsley; spread evenly in bottom of cover. In medium mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, margarine, and milk until smooth. For the first layer, spread a third of the cream cheese mixture evenly over nuts in cover. For the second layer, transfer half of the remaining cream cheese mixture to 3 cup Wonderlier (tupperware) bowl. Stir in remaining parsley and onions. Spread evenly over cream cheese layer in cover. For the third layer, stir deviled ham, diced pimento, and prepared mustard into remaining cream cheese mixture. Spread evenly over cream cheese-parsley layer in cover. Place tray on cover of Cheese Server and chill in refrigerator overnight. At serving time, immerse cover of Cheese Server in warm water for 30 seconds to loosen Terrine. Turn Cheese Server right side up; carefully lift off cover. If desired, garnish with cucumber slices and watercress. Serve with assorted crackers.

Makes 12 to 16 servings.
