• Roast of Veal
  • Onions
  • Butter
  • Pepper


Heat oven to 450F.
Cover the veal with 2-3 onions chopped not too small.
Add 1/4 lb butter on top. Add pepper. NO SALT

Put in oven roast at 450 for 20 minutes. Decrease to 350F and cook for 30 minutes per pound. Baste every half hour.
If you want more sauce, add 1 can beef bouillon mid course.
Your thermometer should register 170.
