Ingredients
- rhubarb
- sugar
- lemon juice
- strawberries
- pie crust
- some flour
Directions
Look anywhere for a recipe for fresh fruit pie, and just put in rhubarb, cut it into manageable pieces, lots of sugar if your strawberrries aren't sweet because rhubarb is very tart, then I put a lattice top crust on.
Look up directions for fruit compote or stewed rhubarb, you cook it on the stove with sugar and I think a little lemon juice, it is good to eat warm or cold. If you like rhubarb, that is.
