Ingredients

  • 8 oz. fresh rasberries
  • 1 10-oz. pkg. frozen strawberries
  • 2 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 4 oz. plain yogurt
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Fresh mint

Directions

In blender or food processor, puree rasberries and strawberries together. Add buttermilk, yogurt, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Serve garnished with fresh mint.
Serves 4 to 6.
