Ingredients
- 4 slices cut bacon
- 1 large chpped onion
- 11/2 ibs. lean ground chuck
- 6 cu. boiling water
- 6 bouillon cubes
- 2 cu. spagetti sauce
- 2 cu. chopped cabbage
- 1 cu. chopped celery
- 1 chopped carrot
- 1 cu. sliced zucchini
- salt and pepper
- 14 oz. kidney beans or chick peas
- 1/2 cu. vermicelli, broken
- garlic, seasoned salt and dash of white wine
Directions
put bacon onion and ground chuck in large pot, saute till cooked, combine water , cubes spices, and add to meat, add remaining ingrediants bring to boil cover and simmer about 1 hour,
