This is a vegetarian's version of tuna salad. Feel free to add whatever you normally put in your real tuna salad. You will be amazed how this tastes just like tuna!!!
Ingredients
- 1 can chick peas, drained
- 1 small onion minced
- 1 stalk celery minced
- 2-3 Tbsp mayonaise
Directions
Pour drained chick peas in a bowl. Mash with a fork until chopped. Add onion, celery. Mix in mayonaise.
