• 2 oranges
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 lime or lemon
  • 2 cups diced ripe papaya
  • 1 bunch choppedgreen onion
  • 1 bunch chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 7 oz. can Herdez salsa verde (found in Mexican section of grocery)


Using zester tool or grater, remove zest from all citrus fruit (colored part only). Cut white part off citrus, and section and seed fruit into bowl, catching all juice. Combine all zest, papaya, green onion, cilantro and salsa verde. Chill.

Yields 4 cups.
