It's excellent. All my guests love it. The dressing is best when prepared a day in advance.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup veg. oil
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 11/2 tsp. poppy seeds
Directions
With a whik, beat together sugar, mustard, salt, olive oil, vegetable oil, and vinegar. Add onion and poppy seeds. Store in a tightly closed jar. Will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks.
