Ingredients
- 2 and 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 and 1/2 tsp cider vinegar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 and 1/2 cups peeled ripe melon chunks
- 1 and 1/2 cups peeled cucumber chunks
- 1 and 1/2 cups green grapes
Directions
Combine chicken, melon, cucumber and grapes in a bowl.
In separate bowl whisk the remaining ingrediants together to make the dressing. Add the chicken and fruits to the dressing and toss to mix.
