Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate cake mix (not with pudding in the mix)
  • 1 (4-serving size) instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup creme de cacao
  • 6 oz. chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a Bundt pan well with Crisco or other solid shortening Coat with cocoa powder, shaking out excess. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs and creme de cacao in mixer bowl. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Stir in chocolate chips. Turn into prepared pan. Bake 50 - 60 minutes. Cool in pan for 5 minutes before turning out. Cooled cake may be dusted with powdered sugar or make a glaze with 1 cup powdered sugar and enough creme de cacao to make a thin glaze.
