• 1 large can pineapple juice
  • 1 small can (6 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate*
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle dry white wine
  • 1 bottle champagne
  • 1 (1-ltr.) bottle gingerale
  • 1 bag (1 lb.) whole, unsweetened frozen strawberries


Have all ingredients well chilled. Combine pineapple juice, lemonade concentrate *( I don't think they make a 6 oz. can anymore, I have had to use half of a 12 oz. can) and sugar. Stir well. Add remaining ingredients. Serve with lots of ice. (I like to start the day before and make an ice ring using about half the frozen strawberries in the ring.
