Makes 40, but you may want to make more, they are very tasty,and addicting!!
Ingredients
- 20 jalepenos
- 1 pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1 lb. bacon
Directions
Cut tops off of jalepeno. With an apple corer, clean seeds out of pepper. Cut in half length wise. Bake peppers in oven for 10-12 min. at 350 degree. Cut bacon in 2 inch pieces, and fry until crisp. Spread softened cream cheese in jalepenos, and top off with bacon.
