Ingredients

  • 2 oz. semisweet chocolate, melted, cooled
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups bread flour

Directions

Add melted chocolate to eggs. Make pasta using chocolate-egg mixture and bread flour. Let rest 30 minutes. Roll out pasta and proceed.
