Don't wait just for Holidays!


  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 1/3 c. cooked rice
  • 8 oz. jar process cheese spread, i.e. Cheeze Whiz
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted


Combine broccoli & onion; cook according to pkg. directions. Drain and add remaining ingredients; stir well. Pour into a greased 2-quart shallow casserole. Bake at 350 about 30 minutes. 6-8 servings.
