Honey-Dijon Chicken Wings Recipe


2 1/2 lb. chicken wings, trimmed and separated (I use drummettes if available)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup honey
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons hot water

Combine all marinade ingredients in large bowl. Add chicken wings and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning wings in marinade occasionally. Spray grill or broiler rack with non-stick spray. Prepare coals or preheat gas grill. (May also use broiler.) Remove wings from marinade, reserving any excess marinade. Grill or broil wings 15 - 18 minutes until cooked through, turning several times and brushing with reserved marinade.
