Tim's Hot Wings Recipe


1/2 C butter
6 T Trappey's Red Devil cayenne pepper hot sauce
1 T lemon pepper
2 T garlic powder
1 T onion powder
1 T Worcestershire sauce
24 - 30 chicken wing pieces

Mix all ingredients, except wings, in saucepan. Heat, stirring occasionally, until butter melts; hold on low. Deep fry wings a few at a time in 375* - 400* oil until golden brown, and cooked through. Drain on paper towels and keep warm in oven until all are done. Put sauce in coverable bowl, add cooked wings, cover and toss to coat. Serve with veggie sticks and dressing.Tim has tried several different hot sauces and we've decided Trappey's is the best. They're hot enough that I like to dip them into the ranch dressing, too
