Deer Burger Meatballs Recipe


1 lb. ground venison 1/2 lb. ground beef {not lean}or pork(sausage will do).1/2 cup oats; 2 eggs, beaten; 8 oz. tomato sauce; 1 t. italian seasoning; 1 t. salt; 1/4 t. pepper; 2 tabls. worchestershire sauce;1/3 cup milk

Combine all ingredients till completely mixed. Rol into balls, cook on cookie sheet till firm. Serve with a brown gravy,barbeque sauce,teriyaki sauce or sweet and sour, your choice
The thing to remember with venison is it's sooo lean you need to add fat to make it hold together when ground.
