Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe


1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
32 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 1/2 cup sugar
5 large eggs 1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup flour
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 lb can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie ca)
1/2 cup heavy cream
candied walnuts

Butter bottom and side of 9 in. spring form pan. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Shake pan leave excess crumbs on bottom. Heat over 325 degrees. Beat cream cheese till fluffy, beat in sugar, add eggs 1 at a time. Beat in flour, salt , pumpkin and spice. Pour into pan.

Bake 1 1/2 hours or until firm around sides and soft in middle. Let cool in oven 30 minutes. sprinkle walnuts and cream on top
Makes 10 normal servings (less at our house)
Still a favorite at my brothers house on the holidays
