Description:	I had the best losbster I've ever had in Pasteur's, a Vietnamese restaurant in Chicago. I am trying to find a recipe that would be similar. There was a devine, very flavorful sauce that was poured over the steamed lobster and rice. It is hard to describe the taste except that it was spicy, but not hot, very well balanced taste
