Title: Pan Seared Tenderloin

Description: I'm looking for a very simple recipe, with times for each side of a 1 & 1/2 inch tenderloin steak. Is it 5 minutes? Is it 7 minutes? How hot should the pan be? How much oil / butter? I don't like raw steak, but would hate to overcook cuts these nice.
