Title: Yule Ka
Type: Bread
Description: My Grandma used to make this bread every Christmas for my Dad. I'm quite certain that it is a Scandanavian recipe. My father is slipping and I'd really like to make this for him while I still have the chance. I have my Grandma's hand written list of ingredients but I haven't a clue of how to combine or bake. Here are the ingredients. Can anyone help me piece together this recipe? 2 eggs; 3 cups scalded milk; 3 squares (TBS) oleo; 2 cups sugar; 1 tsp salt; 2 cakes yeast; flour; 25 cardammom seeds; raisins. I hope someone out there recognizes this recipe and can help me. Please feel free to email me @ JLANT68455@AOL.COM
