Epicurean Recipe Request: Cabbage Salad

Description:	Our local BBQ take-out offers "cabbage salad" with the ribs. I LOVE it and of course I can't get the recipe. It isn't like regular creamy or vinegar coleslaw. It is a cream almost bright yellow dressing and is a very mild taste. It might include some mustard and garlic. This would make my summer if I could replicate the recipe. Thanks for any help!
