Description: This is a cold appetizer that we were served at a garden reception. The appedtizer was made with precooked and cooled New red potatoes that are stuffed with a filling that is made with cream cheese, Gorgonzola, pureed red cabbage mixture that was piped into the hollowed out cold red potato. They were savory and excellent. I would love to try to make these for the holidays. A recipe would be nice.
