Title: honey pastries
Type: Dessert
Description: Pastry that is crisp (fried?) on the outside with honey inside, no nuts or external syrup. In Egypt I picked these up from my local grocery store, but I am not certain they were originally Egyptian... They came in many varieties with differant names, but seemed to be differentiated only by size and shape.
