Casserole Recipes

This is easy and delicious. I first had it in 1986 at an Easter Brunch given by a lady named Linda Davee of Morgan County, Indiana. The eggs set up firm and can be cut into squares. There is no bread in the casserole. I don't like egg casseroles with added bread. This dish sets up firm. Leftovers can be reheated on low power in the microwave. To save time on the day of a brunch, the sausage can be browned the previous day and kept in the refrigerator. If sausage is cold, warm cooked sausage slightly on low power in the microwave before making the recipe.

Delicous! Can be served at a braii (bar-b-q), main meal, or side dish.

Freshly cooked salmon is the key to this delightful casserole of salmon, spinach noodles, and a creamy sauce. Other firm fish, such as halibut or tuna, can be substituted for salmon.

This item is a MAJOR hit with everyone. It's taking all of the work out of everyone having to do the dreaded, but much loved baked potato! My husband always said he'd pay extra at a restaurant if they would blend his potato for him! I often make this a day or two in advandce and just up the oven time to heat when needed. Have substituted cooked chopped chicken breast or canned chicken breast for the tuna. Also I always add more onion. Can be made up ahead of time and just microwaved on high for 20 minutes as well.
